RODGERS PROVIDES INJURY UPDATE ON EVANS

Leicester City manager Brendan Rodgers against has given an update on the injuries sustained by two of his key players during the away game at Everton in the Premier League. Jonny Evans and WilfriedZaha are the two key players who went off during the Everton game. Nigerian international WilfriedNdidi came off in the first half of the encounter and was replaced by Nampalys Mendy. On the injury to Ndidi, Leicester City boss Brendan Rodgers gave an update during his post-match press conference after the Everton game which ended in a 1-1 draw.


Brendan Rodgers said that Leicester City midfielder Ndidi suffered a hamstring problem and that he doesn’t think it is too serious before adding that it looks like it’s a tight hamstring rather than a tear and that he didn’t overstretchit. Leicester City face Leeds United at the weekend in the Premier League and Ndidi is a doubt for the game.
